ACROYOGA
Acroyoga is a contemporary practice that brings together elements from yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage. Practiced in pairs or small groups, it explores strength, flexibility, and balance through acrobatic poses and flows.
The practice places clear emphasis on communication, trust, and mutual support, creating a calm mindful space to work with the body in connection with others.
